I'm not a professional either, and probably never will be. Just go with the flow.
Sorry my first post I replied to myself on accident, but seriously. It's all about flow and comfort, you need to have that if you want creativity to flow well into your comic.
My only gripe is too many panels. With that many panels, it feels kind of.. squashed? I would go 7 panels, max or 8, but never more than 10.
But other than that, your comic is very high quality. But use less panels, that way the reader can "see" what really going on, and not read squashed panels with abunch of words in them. Lesser panels can also make it easier to guide the reader to words faster.
Which doesn't just apply to manga, but to all comical forms.
