Sigh, I can't say I'm really satisfied on how this turned out. Mostly due to my poor brain unable to add on with the background. :/ So yea, this WHOLE process was just a huge experimentation on my part. Wanted to do something that I normally never do.

Lesson:Work on the BG first. ><

Like for example, in this picture I mostly used Photoshop. I barely even used Painter. Besides all of that, this HAS to be one of the hardest pictures I've made in a while. I've spent like over 30 hours on this. x-x;

Which is very slow considering the end result.

Sigh, which means I need to CG more often so I can get used to this type of work again...

This picture is a fanart of Chance and Dice from Risk Of Spades. Its from a manga that :icontwillightsoleil: made,

I really like their personalities, especially Chance's. I feel like doing another fanart in the future. Something with more depth than whats going on in this picture.

Though I dunno if I potrayed their personalities right.

I might redo it in the future, but its okay for now.

did photoshop not let you arrange the layers? use fireworks, when it comes to layers, it's the sex. that's one of the reasons i don't like corel painter, it doesn't let you arrange the layers, or at least i haven't found the method

Yea it let me arrange the layers. Thats not the problem tho.

I think the problem in this picture is the composition and how unclean it is. :/ The MAIN reason why I'm not satisfied with this picture is cause I didn't do the background first.

And Chance's face didn't come out like I wanted either.
